Adult Individual Therapy
Support for anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and feeling stuck
Adult life can be heavy. Even when things look “fine” from the outside, it can still feel like you’re carrying too much internally—stress, anxiety, self-doubt, unresolved pain, relationship struggles, burnout, or the sense that you’ve been stuck in the same patterns for too long. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving toward meaningful change.
I work with adults who are navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, identity questions, life transitions, addiction-related struggles, emotional overwhelm, and relationship difficulties. Therapy can help you better understand what is happening beneath the surface, develop practical coping tools, and build a stronger, more grounded relationship with yourself.

Individual therapy can be helpful if you are:
feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted
struggling with stress, burnout, or constant self-pressure
dealing with trauma, PTSD, or painful past experiences
experiencing depression, numbness, or disconnection
caught in cycles of avoidance, shame, or negative self-talk
navigating relationship difficulties, grief, or major life changes
trying to better understand patterns related to ADHD, autism, or neurodivergence
struggling with addiction, compulsive behaviors, or unhealthy coping habits
wanting to grow, heal, and feel more like yourself again
You do not need to be in crisis for therapy to be worthwhile. Many adults come to therapy because they want more clarity, more peace, healthier relationships, and a better way of relating to themselves and the people around them.

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns of coping. CBT can help you identify the patterns that keep you stuck, better understand your internal world, and begin responding to yourself and your life in more intentional ways.
I use CBT in a flexible, collaborative way. Therapy with me is not about judging you, forcing positivity, or acting like everything can be solved with a few simple tools. It is about understanding your patterns in context, building practical skills, and creating space for lasting change. Depending on your needs, that may include emotional regulation, mindfulness, reframing unhelpful beliefs, recognizing triggers, improving communication, or developing healthier ways of coping.

I aim to create a space that feels professional, warm, and real. You do not need to show up perfectly or have all the right words. Therapy is a place where you can be honest about what is hard, explore what is getting in the way, and begin building something different.
My style is collaborative and grounded. I want therapy to feel human—supportive enough for vulnerability, structured enough to be useful, and practical enough to help in everyday life. Whether you are dealing with long-standing pain or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a space to better understand what you need and how to move forward.

I welcome adult clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. My goal is to create an environment that feels respectful, supportive, and approachable, where you can bring your full experience without feeling like you need to explain or minimize it.
